I find the One Laptop per Child (OLPC) project (laptop.org, $100 Laptop on Wikipedia) a fascinating endeavour. This section of my personal homepage has some of my stuff about it. Well, for now it's actually really just the IRClog. (This is a Personal Homepage; this is NOT an "official" OLPC site.)
I like to catch up with discussions on the #olpc IRC Channel (freenode), but can't always be logged in. So I had the idea of keeping a log of conversations in #olpc (recorded by the "olpc_logger" IRC Bot I keep running), and make it publicly available while I'm at it, as this could be of interest to others, too. (At least one other occassional participant in the channel has expressed he'd find this useful too. However, I am NOT very familiar with Netiquette on IRC, so if this is inappropriate etc. in any way please let me know and I'll stop the Bot.)
