If your problem is not described and solved in the FAQ, you may obtain MenuPlus technical support for both the unregistered evaluation/trial version and the registered version, by:

To find your product version: Bring up the properties dialog for either the Navigation Bar or Table of Contents by double-clicking on an existing component in your web, or by inserting a new component.  Then click on the icon in the top left corner and choose "About" from the System Menu.
