How To Make A Convention Reality
- Write The Convention

Some Definitions
- CONVENTION
- An International Law, a "Soft Law". Not enforceable by International
Sanctions.
- TREATY
- An Internationl Law "Hard Law" Legally Binding. Can be enforced by
international sanctions if countries do not comply.
- TO SIGN
- The Leader of the Country signs the Convention. It means that they agree to the basic
principles and will work towards RATIFYING.
- TO RATIFY
- The government agrees to adjust the structure/mechanism and even existing laws in order
to comply with all the obligations of the Convention.
