Version 3.5 (incl. 3.3 & 3.4 non-public releases)

• Bugfixed a problem causing the server to hang and lock up when publishing a web.
• Bugfixed a crash which occurred in some configurations when using FrontPage 2002.

Version 3.2 (incl. 3.1 non-public release)

• New Features
  • Added font control options for the Navigation Bar.  
  • Font face, color and size can now be set easily from a new Font tab on the properties dialog.
  • Added color selection to the existing Font tab on the Table of Contents properties dialog.
  • Color setting other than default causes links to be displayed in the specified color, overriding default behavior.

  • Problem running on FrontPage 2002 when Microsoft Link Bars are included in the web.
  • Corruption of Navigation Bar preview when comments were embedded, such as when a substitution component has not been substituted.

  • The changes made in this release mean that you can now fully back up and restore Navigation Bar styles and Link styles that you have created.  Earlier versions only saved partial information.
  • Added save/restore and new view dialog for Link Styles.
  • Added new items to save/restore fonts etc. Also some existing items that were previously omitted.
  • Disabled trace left on in earlier versions. This would have resulted in a trace file being generated each time the Style Manager was run.

Version 3.0 (incl. 2.6 & 2.5 releases)

Version 2.4

• Components: Added customized display of links.  Color and text decoration can now be specified for Unvisited and Visited links (any browser), for the Active link (Internet Explorer only) and for a link when the mouse is positioned over it (Internet Explorer only). Also, color selection for Table of Contents borders and background has been extended from the 16 standard colors to the full set of defined web colors.
   
• Install program: Several problems with the Install program have been fixed.  The components can now be installed on a server where there is no installation of the FrontPage client software and installation is automatic for both client and server.  A problem with setting up the Registry correctly for server installations has been fixed, so that components are expanded on Windows NT and Windows 2000 servers.

Version 2.3, 2.31 & 2.32 (May 2000)

• [v2.32] Fix for corrupted external links in both Navigation Bar and Table of Contents when the component is on a page in a sub-folder of the web.
• [v2.31] Minor change to Install program only. Uses alternate path for log file if preferred path cannot be found

• Operation on Server: When the components were installed on a server, they could cause the server to lock up in certain circumstances.

Version 2.2

• A new mini-application (MenuPlus Style Manager) is included which allows custom styles created using the MenuPlus Navigation Bar to be backed up from the registry to a text file.  As well as providing backup, this also allows custom styles to be shared between users.  This is particularly useful when two or more users are co-operating on the same web.
• Timestamps have been added to styles saved in Registry to allow synchronisation with backup/restore using Style Manager.
• Fixes a Navigation Bar problem. When Top Level hyperlinks are chosen and current page is at top level, only the current page was shown instead of the whole level.
• This Readme file converted to HTML format for easier navigation and direct linking to our web site and email support.

Version 2.1

• Shortcuts have been added to Start Menu. These give easy access to MenuPlus Help and Readme files and also to the Uninstall program.
• Fixes a problem when a page title includes a comma. This caused component errors.
• New "Block 2" fixed style for Navigation Bars.
• Error reporting has been enhanced to give more information if a component has a problem.
• Fix for logging: the Install log file (if requested) was placed in a temporary folder which was deleted by WinZip
  Self-Extractor on completion of installation. This was not particularly useful! The log file now goes to the Windows temporary folder and Install displays its location on completion.
• A separate Uninstall program is now provided.

Version 2.0

• More bookmark features for Table of Contents:
  • Can now choose whether to include or exclude children of page when displaying bookmarks.
  • Can choose between display of selected bookmark text or bookmark name (uses name if no text, i.e. bookmark just inserted at cursor).
• Table of Contents properties editor layout changed to use tabbed sections. This removes clutter from the dialog and removes the secondary dialog for advanced functions (now incorporated on tabs on main dialog).
• Table of Contents bullets for some themes were oversized. This has now been fixed.
• The Install program now uses the Registry instead of searching hard disks for installed files. This makes the process more robust and significantly reduces installation time.

Version 1.31 & 1.32

• Repackaged with extended installer for icons & uninstaller in Start menu. Technical upgrade to make file names 8.3 compliant and to add optional logging to the installation procedure.
• [1.32] Fix for bookmarks, name was being converted to lower case.
• [1.32] Install program was not removing .gid and .fts help files.
