Tips: Remove a Web from the Open Web Dialog

This Tip has been submitted to us by Thomas [EXTERNAL] - Thanks very much!

How can you remove Webs (Projects) from FrontPage's Open Web Dialog if the Web? For example, this can be of interest if you want to "clean up" the long Open Webs list because you no longer work on a Web or if a file-based Web is not present anymore; this can happen if for example the folder was removed with Explorer, or if FP's Removal Operation was not finished because of a Server Problem or user interruption.

In the File/Open Web List, right-click the Web you wish to remove and choose Remove from List - it's as easy as that! (Thanks again to Thomas. We had never thought of right-clicking and suggested a more complicated way earlier.)

Note that this does not actually remove the Web from the hard disk, but only from FrontPage's Open Web list. If you wish to completely delete a Web, use the File/FrontPage Web remove command instead.
